This heritage refurbished home was an Owner Design with a renovation to suit modern living. This home is where the old and the new meet with excitement and integrity. BLR Provincial Construction used heritage techniques for plastering and full restoration of the original windows. This beautifully appointed modern/heritage home includes original heritage features such as hallway arches that also frame original windows sills that house beautiful stain glass windows that have been restored to their original condition and use. A modern laundry still holds a classical feel and has ample storage. Natural timber floors throughout showcase the clean lines of the refurbishment, and an original timber veranda welcomes you to knock and enter this gorgeous home. Yester year is still here today in all its modern glory.
